With a focus on high value global customers, our processing facilities are designed to optimize chilled cuts and co-products. The geographical spread of our processing sites allows us to better manage livestock flow for both producer and customer year round. Our structure means that the processing team can sit around the table with marketing and procurement input, allowing planning for the achievement of customer targets. Meat products are further processed while fresh, then shipped chilled or frozen. Producer visits are encouraged to give a better understanding of the supply chain requirements.
